The Baseline is a sports information and picks application that provides daily picks, live scores, standings, and related sports data. The service is available in two tiers:
Premium access is offered on the following subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing period. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. The Baseline does not store your payment information.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any subscription payments, including partial billing periods. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access through the end of your current paid billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier. To cancel, contact us through the app.
The picks, predictions, and information provided by The Baseline are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, betting, or wagering advice. Past performance of picks is not indicative of future results. The Baseline makes no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or outcomes.
You assume full responsibility for any decisions you make based on content provided by the service. The Baseline is not liable for any losses resulting from use of information provided in the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
All content, design, picks, and features of The Baseline are the property of The Baseline and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without explicit written permission.
We make no guarantee that the service will be available at all times. The Baseline may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. In the event of termination for a violation, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
